Wednesday Social Run - Christmas Lights!!
Ok let’s do it, let’s get in to the Christmas spirit and get the lights and sparkles out!!

We’re sticking to one 6k route so that we run together.

We love a bit of yoga for runners and over the last few months we’ve played about with days and times, but with a busy gym it’s not easy finding the right time to suit everyone, so we’ve decided to go online.

From the comfort of your own home, Clare will guide you through a weekly yoga session that will help you unwind from the previous week and prepare you for the week ahead. Whatever you are training for this is the rest that your tidy body needs.

We’ve created a link so that you can book the class directly. We would love this to be just as regular a fixture in our weekly calendar as our Social Runs so sign up and we’ll see you on the mat.

TUESDAY FOCUS RUNS - December
We are focusing on Over/Under Runs for the next 3 weeks.

These runs are interval runs switching between your lactate threshold/tempo pace and harder efforts over a sustained time. These are great to help improve endurance and pacing and mimic conditions you might be up against in marathon races.

Get yourself signed up and we’ll send you the details to prep your watch and the final details.

Please wear hi-vis, reflective and head/chest torches. It is important for your safety to be seen

It’s a shorter than usual schedule, just 3 weeks but we still have some exciting events for you!!

Strength For Runners 🏋🏽‍♀️
We’ve got a new programme for the next 3 weeks. Still working on those goals but adding in some fun sections to the workouts.

Yoga For Runners 🧘🏻‍♀️
It’s back!! And this time coming to you online. You don’t even need to leave the house. This will be our weekly wellbeing session to wind down from the current week and prepare you for the week ahead.

Tuesday Focus Runs 🏃🏻‍♀️
We’ve got 3 weeks left and the plan is to mix up the runs and have a bit of fun as well as a great session.

Wednesday Social Run 🏃🏽‍♀️
Just two left of the year, 4th and 18th. The 11th will be our Christmas Party so no run.

Saturday Coffee Run 🏃🏿‍♀️
Our last official coffee run of the year will be on Saturday 7th, let’s make a good one!!
